Be sure to get enough foods that  contain all the key ingredients such as vitamins, minerals, carbohydrates, good fats and water.

    2: Be sure to incorporate exercise into your daily routine. Getting physical will help you relieve stress and allow your body to properly absorb nutrients.

    3: Variety is not only the spice of life; it is also the key health. Include plenty of vegetables, fruits, whole grains, lean meats, poultry, fish, beans, low fat dairy products and plenty of water. Stay away from the salt, sugar, alcohol, saturated fat and trans fat.

    Researchers in Spain have found that a daily serving of leafy green vegetables which are rich in flavanoids, vitamin A and Vitamin C can actually cut your risk of lung cancer in half. While supplements are also okay, researchers in at the University of Washington  have found evidence that people who take supplements  are just as likely to develop lung cancer as those who do not. Pills just do not have the same protective antioxidant effect of actual vegetables.

    Eating a wide variety of fresh, whole unprocessed foods will do wonders for your health especially compared to a diet base on the monotonous intake of processed foods.
